OSTC/ATPAC Announcement Project Proposal for FY 2011
The Reverse Brain Drain (RBD) project under NSTDA in collaboration with The Association of Thai Professionals in America and Canada (ATPAC) organized two special seminars. The Office of Science and Technology (OSTC), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) will be allocating FY 2011 budget for S&T collaboration between ATPAC and Thailand.
